Incoming Tide at Two Rocks

I’d visualised an image like this for a long time, but until visiting Two Rocks had been unable to find a suitable location that had both calm waters and long, rocky ledge. As the tide slowly came in, I had plenty of time to compose the image and wait for a big enough wave.
Eventually, a wave poured over the rocks but after taking the photograph I felt something tangled around my foot and clinging to my skin. I glanced down thinking some seaweed must have washed into the channel, and got huge surprise to see an octopus wrapped around my foot holding on for dear life as the water rushed around us.
This is a limited edition print with a print run of 100.
