Waves flowing over limestone rocks on Marmion Beach at sunset.
When I composed this image, the beach was quite dry and was not reflecting the colourful clouds, so I had an anxious few minutes wait hoping a large wave would wash in before the gorgeous sunlight was obscured by cloud. Thankfully, a big wave rolled in on time and the soaked sand began to shine. Further large waves followed, until one finally washed over the rocks on the right.
As it flowed back into the gully, the frothy surf was dispersed by a pool of water that glowed from the fractured reflection of the golden clouds above.
